The Triple Crown Spring Championships Come to Arizona

Each spring, professional baseball teams gather in Arizona for Spring Training. But it’s not only the major leaguers who are taking cuts and shagging fly balls in Tempe every spring. While the pros practice, a premier sports tournaments also take place. The Triple Crown Spring Championships draws club teams from all over the United States. Teams range from 8u to 14u, and tournaments consist of four-game and six-game formats. Kids play at some of the premier facilities in Arizona, and 14u teams get to play on full-size, major league-style fields.

The top four teams in each age group qualify for the World Series in Colorado. The top two teams in each bracket also qualify for the Triple Crown Fall Nationals in Las Vegas. It’s the perfect chance for aspiring major leaguers to craft their skillsets against strong opponents.

After the games, relax by the gorgeous weather — typically 80s in the day and 60s at night — contributes to an excellent atmosphere.
